Description:

1. MOPH APPROVED MEDIC DOCTOR
Proposed medic should hold a Degree and MoPH registration valid for more than 3 months as a Doctor
·Valid QID more than 3 months
·OMF card (if available)
·Evidence of MOSI (if available)
·Holds ACLS, BLS and other related certificate as per his position apart from the above
·Previously worked in offshore for more than 03 years

2. MOPH APPROVED MEDIC NURSE
·Proposed medic should hold a Degree and MoPH registration valid for more than a 3 months as a Nurse
·Valid QID more than 3 months
·OMF card (if available)
·Evidence of MOSI (if available)
·Holds ACLS, BLS and other related certificate as per his position apart from the above.
·Previously worked in offshore for more than 03 years.
