Description:

Customer Service Advisors - The individual in this role acts as a liaison between the IT and Customer Service Departments, collaborating with internal and vendor teams to evaluate and enhance CSD Digital Systems. They also assess the need for new reports to support internal teams and work with systems including Customer Information, Complaint Management, Asset Management, Billing, Smart Meter Operations, Meter Data Management, Head End System, and other AMI applications.

  • Engineering Graduate in any of the stream preferably Electrical, Electronics, Business Administration or Computer Science with project management expertise
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SMOC/AMI/AMR/Smart Grid domain
  • Should have minimum of two implementations of AMI system as past experience.
  • Written and Spoken English is essential, Arabic is preferred

 

Business Planning & Support Manager - Role will also be responsible for analyzing the costs associated with support services and develop cost optimization plans, in line with overall business strategy and performance management system to the related sections in customer service department

  • Bachelor Degree + 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar industry or in a similar role of which minimum 6 years of supervisory experience.
  • Written and Spoken English is essential, Arabic is preferred.
