Office Administrator/manager

 

Description:

We are looking for an office manager for our office in The Pear Gates. The role is designed for someone who would love to learn, grow, be flexible, and has a solid professional background.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize office activities
  • Support By Admin Work that includes contract creation, signatures..etc.
  • Greet visitors at the office
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
  • Support our clients in the office.
  • Real Estate Transactions experience would be great.
  • Basic Knowledge in Payroll and Bookkeeping
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentation materials, and other business documents and manage an effective filing system;
  • Salesforce CRM Knowledge is an Add-on

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
  • Professional, and Presentable.
  • Fluent English is a must, Other languages are a plus.

Preferred Female, Hospitality background can be a plus point, but not necessary.
