We are seeking talented and experienced individuals from the international real estate sector who are willing to relocate to the Middle East. Our real estate firm is dedicated to providing exceptional services in property development, management, sales, and leasing across various sectors. We have a wide range of roles available in the real estate sector, catering to diverse skill sets and experiences.

Roles Available:

  • Real Estate Agents/Brokers: Facilitate the buying, selling, and leasing of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients to meet their real estate needs.
  • Property Managers: Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of residential, commercial, and retail properties. Handle tenant relations, lease agreements, rent collection, property inspections, and vendor management. Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Development Managers: Lead and manage real estate development projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and market analysis.
  • Investment Analysts: Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment for real estate investment opportunities. Evaluate market trends, property performance, and investment returns. Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and investment memorandums.
  • Marketing and Sales Executives: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and attract potential buyers or tenants. Create marketing materials, organize property tours, and negotiate sales or lease agreements. Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to reach target audiences.
  • Facilities Managers: Manage the operation and maintenance of building facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and security. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes. Coordinate maintenance activities and emergency response procedures.
  • Real Estate Lawyers: Provide legal advice and representation for real estate transactions, contracts, and disputes. Draft and review legal documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and title documents. Conduct title searches, due diligence, and property closings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field. Advanced degrees and professional certifications are preferred for certain roles.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools (e.g., CRM systems, financial modeling software, marketing platforms).
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an asset.
