Onshore Operations Support Engineer

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Support shutdown preparation, project implementation, and process troubleshooting.
Prepare shutdown isolation packs.
Initiate and follow up on MOC (Management of Change) requests.
Analyze equipment reliability and recommend improvements.
Develop and update the Management System Manual and HSEQ procedures.
Collect and analyze HSEQ Management performance data, including customer feedback and audit findings.
Follow up on corrective actions, improvement initiatives, audit findings, and customer complaints.
Establish and implement an internal and third-party audit plan for HSEQ certifications.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Post-graduate degree or professional certification in QHSE is a plus.
10+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years in offshore Oil & Gas experience.
7+ years in QHSE management or as a consultant.
Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
Excellent presentation and computer skills.
