Operation Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operation Specialist Operations to join our team in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical operations within a hospital setting, with a proven ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will possess certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or PRINCE2, and will be familiar with project management tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage operational planning and strategy implementation within hospital clinical operations.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for optimization.
• Apply project management methodologies to ensure the successful execution of key initiatives.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress, deliverables, and timelines.
• Provide guidance and support to clinical and administrative teams in achieving operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience in clinical operations within a hospital environment in the Middle East.
• Certifications: PMP, Six Sigma, PRINCE2, or equivalent operational/management certifications.
• Operational Expertise: Demonstrated success in operational planning, process improvement, and change management.
• Project Management Tools: Familiarity with leading project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
