Operations Manager

 

Description:

- Experience:

8+ years of experience managing Security operations in the GCC region, preferable with a military or police background.

- Education:

- Bachelor's, or Diploma in security management, or equivalent certifications.

- Language:

- Both Arabic and English proficiency (Written & Spoken) is a MUST.

- Technical Knowledge:

· Good working knowledge of security services operations, preferable with facility management knowledge.

· Good knowledge of security management of large team.

· Possess sound knowledge of QHSE.

· Strong knowledge of conducting investigations.

· Good Knowledge of SOP, Plans and preparing Reports.

· Strong knowledge of reporting and documentation

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Good understanding of private security regulations

· Holding Qatar Driving license

· Transferable Visa/with NOC
