Operations Supervisor

Description:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation of rides and attractions in the park. The role involves supervising a team of ride operators, conducting regular inspections of rides, ensuring the proper functioning of rides and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and also ensuring the grooming of the snow is done as required to provide the best customer experience when they visit the park.

The minimum requirements for the vacancy are as follows

• Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• Supervisory experience having worked in Amusement Parks, Family Entertainment Centers and or Theme Parks Operations
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the field of Amusement and Theme parks
• Ability to lead and supervise a large team of individuals providing coaching and counselling as required
• Excellent planning and team building skills
• Well versed with basic computer systems, MS Office and must have knowledge of POS systems, attractions OCC operating and general knowledge of arcade machines
• English and Arabic languages proficiency
• Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
