Description:

Urgent requirement for an Oracle Siebel Administrator to be based in Qatar on a 3-year contract for a major IT vendor.

Mission: Manage and maintain the Oracle Siebel CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. This includes ensuring the system's availability, performance, and security while also implementing updates and enhancements as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Lead the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Siebel CRM systems.
  • Management Oversight: Oversee the administration and management of Oracle Siebel CRM systems.
  • In-Depth Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Siebel CRM, Oracle Database, and system administration best practices.
  • Reliability Assurance: Ensure the reliability and performance of Siebel CRM systems.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Enable organizations to effectively manage customer relationships and data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • From 5 to Over 10 years of experience as an Oracle Siebel Administrator or in related roles.
  • Expertise in the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Siebel CRM systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Siebel CRM, Oracle Database, and system administration best practices.
  • Proven track record of ensuring the reliability and performance of Siebel CRM systems.
