Urgent requirement for an Oracle Siebel Developer to be based in Qatar on a 3-year contract for a major IT vendor.

Mission: Design, develop, and customize Oracle Siebel CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions to meet the specific needs of the government agency. This includes creating and maintaining CRM applications, workflows, and configurations that enable efficient management of citizen interactions, improve service delivery, and enhance government operations.

Responsibilities:
