Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Order Processing Specialist based in Doha, Qatar. The Order Processing Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing purchase orders and sales orders, managing online orders, payment processing, and customer issue resolution for a mobile app catering to horse services, maintaining order accuracy, verifying the availability of stock, communicating with the customers regarding their orders and ensuring timely delivery. The Order Processing Specialist will also be responsible for order management.
Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
- Oversee incoming orders placed through the mobile app for various horse-related services.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, verifying details, and confirming transactions.
Payment Management:
- Monitor payment transactions, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure successful payment processing.
- Address payment issues, failed transactions, and refunds promptly and efficiently.
Customer Support:
- Act as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, payment concerns, or issues with services.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with application developers and technical teams to address and resolve backend issues affecting order completion or payment processing.
- Provide insights and feedback to developers for continuous improvement of the app's functionality.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain records of orders, payments, and customer interactions.
- Generate reports on order fulfillment, payment statuses, and customer issues for analysis.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to quality standards in order processing, payment handling, and customer service.
Continual Improvement:
- Identify areas for process enhancement, suggest improvements, and contribute to the overall enhancement of the user experience.
