Description:

Must have min 10 years of Human capital and People Change Management Experience

Experience in corporate culture change is also a plus

Must have excellent English and effective communication skills

Arabic is a plus

 

Roles and Duties:

Support Strategic Initiatives (Status Reporting and Business Case Development)

Align the planning for Change and readiness reporting of multiple strategic initiatives in line with the Change Management Framework

Facilitate training

Maintain and revise procedures in line with the Change Management Framework

Must demonstrate initiative to propose and develop ongoing areas for improvement in the overall performance of the people, talent, corporate culture Strategy.
