Description:

As a Paid Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering the paid media channel objectives for our E-Commerce division. Your responsibilities will involve targeting relevant audiences across various paid digital touchpoints, devising and executing a comprehensive paid media strategy, and collaborating with internal stakeholders as a key service provider. This role is integral in transforming our organization towards customer-centricity and maintaining revenue KPIs within the set cost of sale targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cross-channel paid media strategies to boost global revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Evaluate and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, aligning with ROI and KPI goals.
  • Utilize a data-first strategy to identify trends, gain insights, and optimize spend and performance accordingly.
  • Brainstorm innovative growth strategies and build a balanced digital paid channel mix.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the digital experience from paid media channels.
  • Conduct end-to-end customer experience evaluations across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Work with agencies and vendors, evaluating emerging technologies for adoption.
  • Plan, execute, and review all paid media communications for correctness, brand compliance, and sales excellence.
  • Establish data integrations between paid media systems, and data management platforms.
  • Optimize content, frequency, timing, and cadence of communications across all paid channels.
  • Conduct daily analysis, reporting, and optimization of paid media activities, implementing strategies to reduce marketing costs and maximize reach.

  • Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent is essential.
  • 8+ years of relevant job experience.
  • Extensive experience in Digital Marketing is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of all paid digital marketing techniques.
  • Familiarity with advertisement platform technologies used in paid advertising.
  • Experience in developing new paid channels and opportunities.
  • Expertise in re-marketing techniques, Search and display techniques.
