Being responsible for Qatar and Kuwait, leading the full cycle of the recruitment process, attracting and recruiting the right top talents, collaborating with hiring managers, making sure accuracy of the MPlan’it data in terms of employee relations and recruiting activities, and making sure all company standards, policies, and procedures are well applied and maintained within the responsible countries to have a healthy business environment and have employee satisfaction, and happiness.
Qualifications/Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or in related fields
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in human resources for the retail industry in the Middle East with
- Having the ability to work in a multicultural environment by understanding the business needs
- Ability to plan organize and implement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications
- SAP Success Factor knowledge is plus specifically Employee Central and Recruiting

Job Responsibilities
- Create & publish job ads in various portals & network with potential candidates through social media & other potential sources.
- Screen resumes & job applications and conduct an initial screening to create a shortlist of qualified candidates and conduct interviews.
- Liaise with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences, as well as interview and select applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position as per the set company policy.
- Build effective working relationships with recruitment agencies, government, and universities for sourcing and recruitment purposes, and serve as the brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or during recruiting events.
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
- Follow-up probation review evaluation.
- Completion of the hiring and exit process - including employee contract signing and acknowledgment as well as line manager acknowledgment with the contract validations to ensure initiating the proper action on time.
- Planning and organizing new hires' travel logistics (when hiring abroad).
- Processing creation of the new hire’s user on the required platforms such as MPlan’it, ADM, and POS system to have and maintain proper data.
- Requesting technical equipment, uniforms, name tags, etc. for the new hires.
- Planning onboarding for the new hires, and conducting P&C induction.
- Processing all Employee Relations services such as “NOC letters, loans” and all other miscellaneous requests to ensure employees’ satisfaction levels.
- Monitoring attendance and validating the attendance data with the stores.
- Maintain all employee records such as “annual/sick leave, recuperation, attendance transactions, and employment files are verified to ensure HR systems data accuracy and compliance to mitigate any risk of non-compliance with the labor law.
- Implement government norms and conditions in the assigned region and keep on updating internal communication of policy changes to ensure company compliance with government regulations.
- Continuously communicate and update employees in the assigned region regarding employment terms and conditions, company policies and procedures, labor laws, and payroll deductions to ensure awareness and compliance.
- Processing the addition and deletion of medical insurance cards for employees and their dependents in the assigned region based on the agreed medical insurance policy to ensure all employees are covered and satisfied with the medical insurance services.
- Provide support and feedback upon request on employees’ investigations, conflicts, and grievances, to ensure the application of disciplinary actions to comply with the Qatar and Kuwait labor law.
