Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement CPD Programs: Design, coordinate, and oversee CPD initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all CPD activities align with healthcare regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare departments, external training providers, and stakeholders to deliver effective training solutions.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly assess the effectiveness of CPD programs and make necessary adjustments to meet organizational goals.
  • Resource Management: Manage budgets, resources, and timelines associated with CPD activities, ensuring efficient delivery of programs.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and outcomes. Prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related healthcare field.
  • A postgraduate degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years in training and development, with a focus on the healthcare sector.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Expertise in project management and CPD practices.
