Planning Engineer

Description:

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
✔ Engineering degree or certification as a Planning Engineer
✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Proficiency in planning principles and techniques
✔ Excellent computer skills
✔ Arabic language skills (preferred)

🛠 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
📌 Supervise planning activities for daily and shutdown jobs
📌 Ensure proper budget allocation for critical equipment
📌 Oversee maintenance programs & resource planning
📌 Manage manpower & equipment requirements for maintenance
📌 Plan major equipment shutdowns & turnaround maintenance
📌 Participate in vendor selection & technology adaptation
📌 Develop preventive maintenance programs & ensure implementation
📌 Conduct incident investigations & root cause analysis
📌 Ensure compliance with safety & environmental procedures
📌 Lead turnaround activities & supervise contractors
📌 Evaluate new equipment & prepare technical reports
📌 Plan critical spare availability & ensure job completion within schedule
