Pre-sales Engineer

 

Description:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs & provide technical expertise for ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling.
Public Address & Voice Alarm (PAVA), & Audio-Visual (AV) systems.
Prepare & present customized technical proposals, including system designs & cost estimates. • Conduct site assessments to gather essential information for project specifications.
• Engage with clients to clarify requirements and present optimal solutions.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain technical information & competitive pricing.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, & client specifications in all proposals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices in ELV systems.
• Assist in tender submissions and prepare necessary technical documentation.
• Support the project team during the transition from presales to execution.
REQUIREMENTS
UPDA certification is mandatory.
Proven experience in ELV systems design & presales support. Strong understanding of ELV technologies & industry standards. Excellent communication & presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Proficient in design & estimation software tools.
