The Role:

• Build and Implement an Enterprise IAM Program: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver an IAM strategy, defining KPIs to measure success.
• Develop Strategic Roadmap for Multi-Cloud Platforms: Establish a comprehensive strategy and architecture roadmap, ensuring IAM policies and standards support multi-cloud environments.
• Ensure Zero-Trust Alignment: Implement end-to-end solutions for identity provisioning and deprovisioning, fostering secure authentication and authorization practices.
• Integrate with Cybersecurity Frameworks: Align IAM requirements with established cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST, Hitrust, and CSF.
• Collaborate with Application Teams on IAM Roadmap Integration: Guide the creation and adoption of Privileged Access Management (PAM), and publish best practices to encourage IAM service use.
• Promote Just-In-Time Access: Integrate JIT assurance within CI/CD pipelines and apply cloud best practices to IAM strategies.
• Champion Modern IAM Security Principles Across Teams: Act as a change agent in advancing security engineering practices, conducting design reviews to uncover and address security architecture vulnerabilities.

We expect that you will have:

• 7+ years in IAM service delivery
• 5+ years in zero-trust architecture for Oracle, AWS, Azure
• Familiar with Identity Assurance frameworks
• Skilled in Microsoft IAM, SSO, MFA, PAM
• Expertise in Identity Federation, Access Management, Directory Services
• Deep knowledge of SAML, OAUTH, and RBAC
• Experience designing secure, scalable IAM solutions
• Understanding of IAM threats and agile methodologies
• Relevant IAM and cloud certifications (Azure preferred)
• Proficient English communication
