- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, VVIP, and corporate clients seeking private charter services.
- Provide detailed consultations on charter options.
- Understand clients' unique needs and offer tailored solutions, ensuring every request is met with the highest level of service.
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations to close deals and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Booking & Coordination:
- Oversee the entire booking process, from initial inquiry through to final confirmation, ensuring that all client requirements are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure flawless execution of charter bookings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available fleet, services, and destination offerings to make personalized recommendations to clients.
Market & Industry Insight:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities to expand charter services and increase sales.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and connect with potential clients.
Client Satisfaction & Retention:
- Follow up with clients post-charter to ensure satisfaction, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Address any concerns or issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the system.
- Report on sales progress and performance regularly to senior management.
