- Manage team performance, coaching, evaluation, and effective communication for KPI achievement.
- Lead procurement policy and system strategy development and implementation.
- Analyse and manage supplier risks.
- Negotiate with external vendors for favorable terms.
- Finalize purchase orders and deliveries.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide regular procurement-related reports.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Minimum 8+ years of procurement experience in large commercial organizations.
- Extensive supplier management experience.
- Strong communication, strategic, and leadership skills.
