Job Brief
Kanari AI is a leading provider of dialectal Arabic speech recognition and natural language processing (NLP) solutions. We are a fast-growing SaaS focused company seeking a highly motivated and talented Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the product development lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies, and delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute product initiatives that align with company goals and customer needs
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify and validate product opportunities
- Define and write product specifications, including user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that meet customer needs and deliver on product objectives
- Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality product releases
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction, and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization
- Work closely with customer success and sales teams to gather customer feedback and ensure product-market fit
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify areas for product innovation and differentiation
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management for a B2B and/or B2C SaaS company

- Nice to have: Bilingual Arabic and English speaker
