Product Sales Manager

Description:

Product Sales Manager is responsible for monitoring the sales performance of the product and ensuring that the marketing strategies adhere to market standards and client requirements.

Key responsibilities also include:

- Get oriented with the internal processes of all departments/business partners at MVT and gather the required knowledge to have detailed information that helps in the marketing of the assigned product line.

- Define the product strategy and roadmap

- Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life

- Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product sales

- Propose a product marketing plan and budget and then deliver against it

- Write Product Requirements and Market Requirements documents

- Work with stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships

- Be the recognized expert in the business on the product, the market, relevant technology and the competition

- Develop core positioning and messaging for the product

- Lead the product sales team to ensure delivery of agreed objectives

- Monitor, report and improve product sales performance

- Promote the product to sales teams through sales training sessions, webinars, newsletters and other mechanisms

- Collate feedback from sales and customers

- Be recognized as a leader in the business and build relations with business stakeholders

- Deliver a regular (e.g., monthly) volume, revenue and profit forecasts.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Science Degree is PREFERRED.

- Valid residency and valid driving license in Qatar area MUST.

- Excellent English Speaking and Writing Skills.

- Arabic Speaking and Writing Skills are must.

- Prior experience in sales and managing sales team.
