Description:
Main Accountabilities:
· Develop the Operation’s strategy in alignment with TLB’s overall strategy.
· Suggest and communicate information concerning new Operations improvements actions, implementation and updating of the Operations management system throughout the department.
Knowledge, Technical Skills and Experience
· Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or equivalent
· Advanced knowledge of the Bakery Business (operational systems knowledge)
· 5-6 years of relevant experience
· Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus
· Advanced computer skills (MS office)
· Ability to understand and apply principals of all Food & Beverage metrics.
