Responsibilities
This position is responsible to facilitate and coordinate the processes of project scheduling, project cost controlling, project risk management, and project change management for C&C activities, in order to:
- · Ensure adequate definition of project scope
- · Establish and maintain reasonable baselines and current models for cost and schedule
- · Identify and manage risk
- Track, monitor, and report project performance
- · Comprehensive understanding of WBS, CBS, OBS and other project coding structures
- · Sufficient knowledge of the disciplines of cost controlling, scheduling, risk management, change management and their interlinkages (understands and can challenge)
- · Sufficient understanding of commercial and contractual aspects and constraints
- Understanding of IT systems setup and implementation (to identify areas for development/adaptation)
- · Ensure adequate definition of project scope

Experience
- Actual project execution experience
- Sufficient industry experience (petrochemicals) to understand the drivers of petrochemical projects, including track record of site delegations
- Exposure to senior management (own and client) to prepare and deliver effective messages
