Project Engineering Manager

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿
Reports to: Project Engineering Manager
Direct Reports: Discipline Engineers, Document Controllers

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
✅ Detailed engineering and review of deliverables for respective discipline
✅ Evaluate Engineering Subcontractors and Packaged Vendors for pre-qualification
✅ Ensure compliance with Qatar regulations, project specifications & international standards
✅ Review and approve design basis, data sheets, specifications, and drawings
✅ Conduct Inter-Discipline Checks (IDC) to minimize revisions
✅ Participate in FEED Verification, Design Review, Safety Study Workshops & Engineering Audits
✅ Work with Telecom, PAGA system, CCTV, Security Access, Microwave radio & other critical systems
✅ Support commissioning, field design changes, and technical issue resolution

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
📆 10 – 12 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Infrastructure projects
🗂 Proficiency in MS Office & Engineering Design Software
🗣 Strong communication skills (English)
