Project Manager

Description:

To manage the project technically and contractually, organize, plan, schedule, and control the fieldwork, minimize extra costs for changes requested by Client and/ or other Consultancies and Authorities.

Plan and supervise a wide range of construction and design projects from start to finish. Organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed
in a timely and efficient manner.
Complete ownership of the works on a particular Project for:
Construction aspect as defined in Contract, and accepts liability for its correct execution
within the framework and HAI approved budget, the overall QHSE regulations, HAI policies,
the general and detailed planning, organizing, executing, monitoring and completion of the
project.
In conjunction with GM and HAI to coordinate the work of the Site Engineers / subcontractors
and ensure effective and efficient production within set timescales and approved costs.
Qualifications
 Degree and/or Diploma qualified: B. Arch. or B Eng or other chartered professionai.
PMI certificate is an advantage.
Experience
Experience in international construction practices is highly valued for this position.
Knowledge of the construction industry in the GCC is an advantage.
Knowledge of Qatari licensing, regulations, and permit applications processes
Knowledge of planning, commercial and legal skills.
