Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation of Time and Attendance, Leave, and Overtime software

Plan, develop, manage, and track program-level schedules with clear dependencies and constraints

Deliver projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring high-quality results

Oversee project schedules, costs, quality, and scope, reporting periodically on project status

Manage vendor relationships to ensure effective collaboration and delivery

Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and management, running governance and review meetings

Ensure the defined SLAs and performance metrics are met and reported regularly

Utilize Agile methodology to deliver software product implementation efficiently

Qualifications:

12+ years of overall project management experience with a focus on Time and Attendance systems

Proven expertise in vendor management and large-scale IT software product delivery

Certification in PMP/Prince2/ACP is highly desirable

Experience with Agile project management and reporting on cost and schedule

Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and governance experience

Strong understanding of service delivery and quality assurance in software projects

Ability to manage complex project dependencies and ensure timely reporting
