Project Sales Engineer

 

Description:

Responsible for the Sales & Business Development activities of MEP-related materials. Performing various tasks to find out the new projects in the area, connecting professionals within the industry, sales initiatives and strategies, able close deals, product technical knowledge and Product submittal submission and proper follow-up

Job Description

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

• Construction and project-related connection network

• Cold calling and social media activities

• MEP-related knowledge and sales skills

• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

• Prepare product submittals for the new projects

• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

Job Requirements

• Experience in Project Sales

• Competency in English

• MEP skills and knowledge

• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software

• Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

• Ability to create and deliver presentations
