Description:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Sales & Marketing or Property Management.
Minimum of 4-6 years as a Property Leasing Analyst for major retail organizations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and potential leasing opportunities.
Develop leasing reports, vacancy forecasts and revenue projections for management review.
Work closely with property management, finance and legal teams to facilitate lease transactions.
Bilingual candidates are preferred.
