Qatar Museums Internship Programme

Description:

Qatar Museums (QM) is dedicated to sharing knowledge in the fields of arts and culture and nurturing generations by exposing them to the work of cultural institutions.

Our internship programme integrates knowledge and theory acquired in the classroom with practical application and skills development in the professional settings of its museums, support departments and cultural and heritage sites.

It also provides an opportunity for career exploration and development as well as a chance to learn new skills by:

• Participating in challenging projects, tasks and assignments
• Receiving professional supervision and mentoring

Internships are offered to university students, recent graduates and talented members of the community between 1 to 6 months during the following periods:

SPRING INTERNSHIPS

April onwards
Applications open in March.

AUTUMN INTERNSHIPS

October onwards
Applications open in September.
*(Overseas students will be eligible to attend Remote Internship programmes only)

Applications for the Autumn Internships have opened early due to the upcoming World Cup. During the programme, interns will have an opportunity to be part of several exciting projects that QM is working on related to the FIFA World Cup 2022.
