Quantity Surveyor

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Doha, Qatar. The Quantity Surveyor shall be responsible for monitoring and supervising the company's projects and ensuring that they are within the budget. The role would also include review of construction plans and documents to identify and price out all the necessary materials, and provide detailed reports and accurate cost estimates to management for review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in Quantity Surveying and project management preferably in the Infrastructure and bulding projects
• Strong knowledge of construction and building codes, regulations and standards, as well as measurement techniques and tools
• Highly proficient in using relevant software and tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite, and Bluebeam Revu
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise and collaborate with different stakeholder
