Quantity Surveyor

Description:

Shelter Group is looking for a competent and experienced Quantity Surveyor - MEP and Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil and Architectural to join our team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, construction management or a related field
• Minimum of 07 years post qualification experience
• Sound knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations and standards
• Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques
• Familiarity with contract administration and legal aspects of construction projects
• Experienced in Cost estimation, Control, Reporting, Budget Development, Tendering, Risk Management, Measurement and Bill of Quantities, Payment Certification, Dispute Resolution, Collaboration
• Experience working with AutoCAD and validating quantities from the given drawings
