Description:
We are looking for a skilled and certified RTFI Technician to join our Quality Control team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will perform advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques to ensure material and structural integrity. This role requires expertise in Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) with a strong foundation in physics, chemistry, and mathematics.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Radiographic Testing (RT), MT, PT, and UT to evaluate material integrity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, specifications, and safety guidelines.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Interpret results to identify defects, weaknesses, or flaws.
- Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to support production and quality assurance.
- Assist in developing and improving inspection methods and techniques.
- Adhere to all safety regulations during testing and inspections.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or a Diploma in a related field.
Technical Certifications:
- ASNT Level II in RT, MT, PT, UT.
- PCN Certification in Radiographic Testing and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (RTFI).
Experience:
- Prior experience performing NDT inspections with a strong understanding of procedures and equipment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and interpretation of complex technical data.
- Proficient in using NDT equipment and tools.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in oil & gas, aerospace, or manufacturing industries.
- Additional certifications or training in NDT techniques.
Working Conditions
- Requires use of protective equipment and work in challenging environments, including exposure to radiation during Radiographic Testing.
