Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Qatar. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your day-to-day tasks will include showing properties, negotiating contracts, and providing guidance to clients throughout the real estate transaction process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar real estate market
• Good negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences

Conduct property viewings

Market and advertise properties

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients

Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and property values

Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals

Attend networking events and build relationships with industry professionals

Requirements:

Active Qatar real estate license

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly motivated and goal-oriented

Familiarity with real estate market trends and property values

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Valid Qatar driver's license and reliable transportation
