Description:

The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for:

 

  • Assisting clients in all aspects of the sales process, including advising clients on suitable properties, answering client inquiries, and arranging property viewings
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and working to ensure client satisfaction
  • Managing and updating property listings on multiple platforms, including online and print media
  • Preparing and presenting contracts to clients with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and company policies
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest market trends and real estate news to ensure a high level of industry knowledge and expertise

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in Qatar, and a strong understanding of industry practices, regulations, and requirements
  • Sales-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Qatari Driving License
