Description:
As a receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors and providing them with a positive first impression of the company. You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors and will be responsible for directing them to the appropriate staff members.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to the appropriate staff member
• Take and distribute accurate messages when required
• Maintain and update the company phone and visitor directories
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times
• Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
• Provide general information to visitors and callers
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
Minimum of 2 years in an Admin assistant/receptionist or a similar role.
High level of proficiency in the English and Arabic Language
