Description:

A new gym is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team in providing administrative and customer service support to our members and guests. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for members and visitors, handling inquiries, managing membership registrations, monitoring gym access, and ensuring that billing and accountancy records are accurately maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-focused approach, have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, responding to emails, and handling member inquiries
- Maintain accurate membership logs and provide information on membership questions
- Process new membership registrations and assist with membership cancellations
- Monitor gym access, ensuring that only authorized members have access
- Maintain accurate billing and accountancy records
- Assist with sales of gym merchandise, supplements, and other products
- Coordinate and collaborate with other gym staff and members
- Resolve member concerns and complaints, escalating issues as needed
- Track inventory of office supplies, gym equipment, and other items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and office area

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist role, preferably in the fitness or health industry
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience handling accountancy responsibilities and maintaining accurate financial records
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other office management tools
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Arabic speaker is preferred
- Applicant must already have valid QID, accommodation and transportation
