Description:

We are looking for a Recruiter who will play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the company. This role involves building relationships with candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing regular communication, updates, and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, establish recruitment priorities, and align on candidate requirements.
  • Promote the organization's employer brand to attract and engage candidates.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activity and outcomes to evaluate the success of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates through creative and effective methods.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
