DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
- Utilize available databases to identify potential candidates, and when necessary web-based advertisements to attract candidates across global markets.
- You will provide recruiting services for the business for the assigned departments and to deliver high quality talent in a timely manner by implementing effective search and selection techniques.
- Analyses the recruitment software and recommends and implements changes to leverage maximum utilization of business software and streamline processes.
- Delivery of an assigned number of open, future and market mapping search projects, managing interfaces with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure recruitment outcomes are met.
- Drive creative sourcing methodologies, reducing dependency on agencies and focusing on direct sourcing in support of the direct hiring strategy across all populations
- Hands on operational sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other industry tools to approach and engage with targeted candidates for mid to senior level roles.
- Participate and attend recruitment/career fairs aimed at attracting Local Talent
- Create relationships with universities and partner with selected universities to create an Early Career Hire Program for the region
- Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies Develop an effective pipeline of key talent which will be potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate
- Managing the end to end of recruitment process from Sourcing, Interviewing, Selection and Onboarding for both, national and non-national candidates in line with HR law.
- Offer and contract preparation for candidates.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or relevant field preferred
- Minimum of four (4) years related HR professional experience in government sector, working under HR law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic is an advantage
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Human Resources discipline including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, compensation administration and diversity, equity and inclusion
- Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws and geography specific regulatory requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge and experience utilizing various HR technology solutions
- Proactive, self-motivated, ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Detailed oriented
- Professional in Human Resources / Senior Professional in Human Resources or equivalent certificate desired
- Excellent administrative, analytical, critical thinking, and negation skills
- Flexible in working approach with a can-do attitude
- Can work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset
