Familiarity with reservation sales and group sales processes

Dedication to exceptional customer service
Alignment with brand philosophies and company goals
Fluent in English, Arabic proficiency preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Middle East experience beneficial
Proficient in MS-Office and Opera-PMS
