Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Cluster Reservations Agent located in Dusit Doha Hotel and Dusit Hotel & Suites, Qatar. As a Cluster Reservations Agent, your day-to-day tasks will involve managing reservations, assisting guests with booking inquiries, coordinating with different departments to ensure guest satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of reservations and guest information.
