High Garden is seeking an experienced and talented Resident DJ to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for music, exceptional mixing skills, and the ability to create an unforgettable atmosphere for our guests. As our Resident DJ, you will be responsible for curating and performing music sets that align with our brand and enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and perform music sets that complement High Garden’s ambiance and theme.
- Mix a variety of music genres, including techno, melodic techno, and other electronic styles.
- Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute special themed nights and events.
- Monitor and maintain sound quality and levels throughout performances.
- Engage with guests to create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Stay updated with the latest music trends and incorporate new tracks into sets.
- Manage and maintain DJ equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
- Promote High Garden through social media and other channels by sharing set-lists and engaging content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a DJ in high-end venues or similar settings.
- Extensive knowledge of various music genres, with a focus on techno and melodic techno.
- Exceptional mixing and beat-matching skills.
- Ability to read and engage the crowd to create a memorable experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with professional DJ equipment and software.
- Creative and innovative approach to music selection and mixing.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
