Restaurant Manager

 

Description:

A smooth operator with a competitive spirit and impeccable service etiquette. You’ll currently be in a similar role in a premium restaurant concept or branded hotel. You are expected to interpret financial statements, foster a cohesive and supportive work culture, resolve conflicts, motivate and inspire teams, and above all, be someone who displays initiative coupled with an ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Restaurant operations
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
  • Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue and reduce cost
  • Accountable for monthly stock takes
  • Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Train and groom staff to become future leaders

Pre Requisites

  • Management and/or supervisory Food and Beverage experience in a branded restaurant concept/hotel.
  • Degree in the relevant area
  • Fluency in English is a must for this role
  • Able to meet financial targets
  • Ability to comply with brand standards
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to develop team members and self
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
