Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth staff coordination, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
* Manage and lead the restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, cooks, and dishwashers.
* Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest service.
* Monitor and manage restaurant inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring cost control.
* Implement and maintain operational procedures, health and safety protocols, and cleanliness standards.
* Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
* Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure the smooth flow of orders and timely delivery.
* Conduct staff training and development to maintain a motivated and effective team.
* Manage restaurant reservations, seating arrangements, and guest experiences.
* Prepare and manage restaurant schedules, payroll, and budgeting.
* Monitor and analyze restaurant performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee performance.
* Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry (3+ years preferred).
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Knowledge of restaurant management software (POS systems, inventory management, etc.).
* Good understanding of restaurant financials, including cost control, budgeting, and profit/loss management.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
