Rides Technician

Description:

The Rides Technician is responsible for checking all rides and attractions to established Leisure quality standards and checklists, timely handover to Park Operations, and attend planned and unplanned maintenance to the highest quality standards.

The minimum requirements for the vacancy are as follows:

• Graduate, Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
• Good knowledge of mechanical systems including Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems, can do hands-on maintenance of large compressors and must be able to work at heights
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Amusement and Theme parks
• Able to manage different tasks from different design briefs at the same time
• Technical knowledge of basic computer systems & MS Office and CMMS platform
• Must be a Team-Player
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; effectively manage time and meet deadlines with limited supervision
• English language proficiency is a must, Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
• Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
