Responsibilities:
• Telecommute / Remote (work from your home office).
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities by Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in our software platform
• Identify and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Conduct online presentations to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the development team to ensure our platform meets the needs of our clients
• Attend industry events and conferences to promote our platform
• Explain the features and benefits of our products and services to potential customers
• Persuade potential customers to take the next step in the sales process
• Providing information and answering questions about our software platform
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times
Requirements:
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the software industry
• Proven track record of success in telemarketing or sales
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Work experience in the SaaS industry would be an advantage
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with SAAS products and technology is a plus
• Persistence and ability to handle rejection
