Responsibilities
- Leading sales team: providing mentor-ship, training and support
- Expand and build relationships with the KOLs and C-suite contacts across EMEA to generate the output within the market.
- Have full P&L responsibility of the assigned area.
- Ensuring to retain key relationships with important clients for sales revenue and growth.
- Develop and execute a follow-up communication strategy for existing clients.
- Responsible for setting out and implementing the sales strategy across Europe
- Responsible for successfully hitting quarterly and yearly targets
- Drive improvements and initiative to continuously improve customer experience
Requirements
- Educational background in orthopaedics or life sciences.
- Over 6 years sales experience in Sales Leadership position working with managing sales teams.
- Experience with Recon and general orthopaedic devices
- the ability to travel up to 50% across the region.
- Fluency in English and German
