Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer - CNC Machines/Power Tools/Welding Solutions at ATAD International General Trading LLC located in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for customer technical support, sales, and customer service. They will be required to maintain and grow positive customer relationships, provide technical support for customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Support, Sales, and Customer Service
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical customers.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the CNC Machines/Power Tools/Welding Solutions industry is a plus
