Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively demonstrate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sale and contracts with prospective customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
