Are you an experienced Sales Executive with a passion for the Building Materials industry, particularly with expertise in Interior Fitout Materials? We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Tadweer Group . As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, fostering strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Building Materials sector, with a focus on Interior Fitout Materials.
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, designers, and other key stakeholders within the construction industry.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential growth areas.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and promotional strategies.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Requirements:

Minimum five years of experience in sales within the Building Materials industry, specializing in Interior Fitout Materials.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong network of contacts within the construction and design communities is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Willingness to travel, as needed, to meet clients and attend Industry Events.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
